RoboAI Hackathon

Overview:
The Advitiya X RoboAI Hackathon is an exciting challenge hosted by IIT Ropar in collaboration with RoboAI as part of it's annual tech-fest Advitiya'25, aiming to inspire innovation and creativity in technology. Participants will develop groundbreaking web applications to address significant challenges. The hackathon offers a platform for students to collaborate, showcase their skills, and contribute impactful solutions.

Guidelines:

• Eligibility: Open to college students across India. Inter-college and inter-specialization teams are allowed, encouraging diverse perspectives and collaborative innovation.
• Team Size: Teams of 1 to 5 members are eligible to participate.
• Hackathon Format:
  • The hackathon will be conducted online on Unstop.
  • After the release of problem statement, participants will get 48 hours to submit their solution.
  • Participants are required to submit a fully functional web application hosted on a live platform, along with supporting documentation and a pitch presentation.
• Problem Statements: The problem statement will be provided at the start of the event. 

Rules:

• Submission Requirements:
  • A live URL for the deployed application.
  • A 5-minute pitch presentation covering the problem, solution, and its potential impact.
  • A technical document detailing technologies used, deployment strategy, and scalability.
  • A GitHub repository containing the source code.
• Duration: 48 hours.
• Participants must adhere to the deadlines for submissions and presentations.

Judging Criteria:

• Innovation: Originality and creativity in addressing the problem.
• Technical Execution: Effective and seamless implementation of AI and AR/VR technologies.
• User Experience: Accessibility, usability, and design quality.
• Impact: Real-world relevance and potential to solve critical challenges.
• Scalability: Practical feasibility for deployment and expansion.

Bonus Points:

• Mobile-friendly and responsive design.
• Offline functionality or low-bandwidth optimization.
• AI-powered feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Note: The Hackathon will be conducted online via Unstop, all teams will need to upload a drive link containing all of the files mentioned above.
