ZenovateX 2025 – Innovation Hackathon

ZenovateX 2025 is a national-level virtual hackathon organized by KaizenSpark Tech Private Limited, a dynamic force in innovative tech and digital services. The hackathon is designed to challenge and inspire college students across India to build impactful technological solutions to real-world challenges.

Unlike traditional hackathons focused only on coding, ZenovateX 2025 emphasizes complete innovation—merging technology, design thinking, teamwork, and business modeling. It is a launchpad for students to convert ideas into tangible prototypes, enhance their skills, gain recognition, and make industry connections.

Themes for ZenovateX 2025

Participants can choose from the following themes:

• Sustainable Tech Solutions
  
  • Develop solutions focused on sustainability, clean energy, smart agriculture, or green infrastructure.
• Future of Work and Learning
  
  • Build tools that enhance productivity, hybrid workplaces, virtual learning environments, or employee wellness.
• Technology for Social Good
  
  • Create inclusive digital solutions to address social inequalities, improve accessibility, or support underprivileged communities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students across Indian institutions
• Individual participation and team participation allowed (team size: 1 to 4 members)
• Interdisciplinary and intercollegiate teams are welcome
• No prior experience in hackathons required

Structure and Process:

Phase 1: Registration & Idea Submission
Participants must register and submit a problem-solving idea along with a brief proof of concept (POC).

Phase 2: Shortlisting and Prototype Development
Selected teams will proceed to build a functional prototype or MVP based on their idea.

Phase 3: Pitching Round
Shortlisted participants will submit a demo and pitch presentation for jury review.

Phase 4: Final Hackathon Sprint
Top teams will compete in a timed hackathon, improving or finalizing their product before the winner is announced.

Rules and Guidelines:

• Each team can submit only one idea under a selected theme
• All solutions must be original and developed during the hackathon timeline
• Pre-existing projects or plagiarized content will be disqualified
• Participants must adhere to deadlines strictly
• Jury decisions will be final and binding

Prizes:

• First Prize – ₹15,000 + Internship
• Second Prize – ₹10,000 + Internship
• Third Prize – ₹5,000 + Internship
• Runners-up (Top 5) – Special Recognition and Certificates
• All Participants – E-certificates of Participation

Prizes and certificates will be distributed within 7 days after the final results.
